FAH Group aimed to unify its diverse offerings under a single loyalty program, but low design maturity, fragmented systems, and a lack of brand cohesion made the task complex. Through iterative design sprints and a flexible “white-label” approach, we delivered a loyalty platform that enhanced user experience and drove customer engagement across 1700+ stores and 92 brands in the GCC region.
